These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NORTHLINE website and furniture orders placed with NORTHLINE Home Furnishings LLC (“NORTHLINE”, “we”, “us”).
1. Products and pricing
Product pages display regular retail prices in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Availability, finishes, and lead times may change. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
2. Welcome offer (WELCOME15)
- New customers may use code WELCOME15 for 15% off the furniture subtotal on their first order.
- The discount excludes delivery fees, assembly fees, taxes, and gift services.
- One welcome code per customer/household. Not redeemable for cash.
3. Quotes and orders
Submitting a quote request asks NORTHLINE to confirm availability and pricing by email. No online card payment is collected on this website. A later purchase, if confirmed, is arranged offline by invoice or a separate payment link. We may decline quote requests due to stock, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery estimates are provided on the Shipping page and in order emails. Title and risk of loss transfer according to the carrier handoff for your delivery method. Free standard delivery applies when the discounted furniture subtotal is $499 or more.
5. Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described on our Returns page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
6. Warranty
Core seating and table frames include a five-year limited frame warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Fabric, finishes, and comfort preferences are not covered as defects.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at abusive volume, or use the site for unlawful activity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORTHLINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or product purchase. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
